All of my bridesmaids and our flower girl were dressed alike. They wore white blouses, navy blue satin skirts, and silver lame cummerbunds. Dark stockings, silver shoes, and silver necklaces completed their ensembles. These looked CLASSY, and were really simple. My mother made the skirts, and she didn't even bother with waistbands, 'cause the tops of the skirts were covered, anyway. They didn't end up sewing the ends of the cummerbunds, either - just wrapped them around their waists and tucked the ends under.
